Our mission
We want HR, managers and team leaders to be able to work with clear, recorded and accessible information. That is why Nitvio centralises HR processes that are often managed through separate channels: time and attendance, shifts, absences, documents, requests and communications.
The aim is not to add more administrative work, but to reduce the manual tasks that prevent us from devoting time to what really matters: coordinating teams, resolving issues and making better decisions.
Our History
Nitvio was founded in Spain to meet a very specific need: to help companies manage their teams’ day-to-day operations more effectively without having to rely on a patchwork of tools.
From the outset, the product has been built around real-world HR management processes: time and attendance, shifts, documents, internal requests, tasks and communication between managers and staff.
